Coleraine Town Partnership continuously monitors the performance of Coleraine town centre. A town centre audit or annual report on the health and viability of Coleraine town centre is produced. The audit assists with strategic planning and is useful to potential investors or retailers interested in investing in the town. It provides a wide range of information on population profile, retail mix, rental values, vacancy levels, commercial investment, employment statistics, planning policies and customer surveys.
