Coleraine is one of the first towns in Northern Ireland to be managed and promoted by a partnership company, bringing together the public, private and voluntary sectors to manage, develop and promote the town.

Our Vision

“To create and maintain a thriving unique town centre which boasts a quality environment that is safe, easy to access and offers a wide variety of shops and activities which reflect the success of the town and the pride of the local people.”

In 1999, the Partnership commissioned EDAW, leading urban regeneration consultants, to produce a Development Framework which sets out the aspirations for the town centre’s future development and promotes appropriate public and private sector investment opportunities.
